Off to a great start this morning. A friend of mine let me tag along with her and her family for this hike on Saturday. I liked it so much that I begged Beau to hike it with me this morning: Upper Falls, Provo Canyon. Absolutely beautiful! It's a great, quick hike for a weekday. I need more hiking buddies! Who's up for it? Hiking is a great way to clear the mind and find your center.
