Bring in the new year... 2021! What?

At the end of each year, many of us are contemplating our goals for improving in the new year. I have had the same resolution for the past... I don't know how many years. Get in shape. Some years I've been successful at accomplishing this but most of the time I fall short. Maybe I set an unrealistic expectation or want it for the wrong reasons.

I am feeling different this year. Learning and growing more than ever. Painfully so sometimes. Lessons learned and still making mistakes. I am ready for a change. I feel like I'm shedding skin, ready to become better and brighter. There's a lot of work ahead in my journey to self-betterment but it's time. 

Forty and two will soon be behind me and this year I'm changing my goals. I want to:

1. Be more organized
2. Develop a routine and habit of better, healthier living 
3. Find a better way to get through the month of February
4. Do what brings me joy - hiking. 

I have already started with hikes to Big Springs up South Fork. It's very beautiful and peaceful this time of year with the snow. A bit icy in spots. I need to find my tracks! There you go, Hea! This is the answer to February
